Job Description
Selection Process:
- Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes):
- Verbal: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Analytical: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Quantitative: 20 mins, 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
- Round 2 – Business Discussion
- Round 3 – HR Discussion
Service Agreement:
- 60 months, with a pro-rata payback of the joining bonus if leaving the organization within this period.
Terms and Conditions:
- Wipro reserves the right to permit or limit candidate participation in the WILP recruitment process.
- Candidates will progress through business and HR discussions after clearing the online assessment.
- Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI), undergo pre-skilling training, and, upon clearance, receive the final offer letter.
Qualifications Required
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above as per university guidelines
- Year of Passing: 2023, 2024
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in eligible streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
- Education:
- Additional Criteria:
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only.
- One backlog is allowed during the online assessment, which must be cleared with the 6th semester.
- Core Mathematics is mandatory during graduation; Business and Applied Maths are not considered.
- Maximum 3 years of educational gap allowed between 10th and commencement of graduation; no gaps in graduation.
- Graduation should be completed within 3 years from the start of graduation.
- Must be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card; Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit a citizenship certificate.
- Candidates must complete a 3-month cool-off period before the test process.
- Candidates should be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
