Job Description
- Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire.
- Update BOM with accurate information about materials from Siemens and third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Operational team and stakeholders.Utilize Smart Infrastructure Parts for common materials or pricing.
- Associate quotes to line items in SAP.
- Insert and update Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer.
- Collaborate with team leads for prioritization of BOM requests.
- Create re-estimates for Design Engineers.
- Automation Tasks: Transfer DT to SAP BOM, insert missing/third-party materials.
- Fire Tasks: Enter material in SAP per fire deviation report and final design, adjust as sold.
Qualifications Required
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- SAP knowledge.
- Preferred: Diversity candidates.
- Strong self-determination, learning, communication skills, and trust-building.
- Team player with a customer focus and professional ethics.
- Good interpersonal communication, proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Understanding of commercial terms.
- Ability to liaise and coordinate well with colleagues.
- Capable of working both individually and as a team contributor.
