Job Description
Rakuten is hiring an Associate Software Engineer to join its development team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain system software, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Utilize strong programming skills in C/C++ to design and implement solutions.
- Work on data structures and algorithms to enhance system efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Understand and apply operating systems concepts, particularly in multithreaded and concurrent systems.
Qualifications Required
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C/C++.
- Experience with Python, Shell scripting and Linux is a plus.
- Knowledge of system programming and the ability to work in both kernel and user space.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
