Key Responsibilities of the Associate Role

• Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end product operations, ensuring adherence to telecom industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams for seamless product launches and maintenance.
• Revenue Optimization: Monitor product performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
• Product Testing: Regular testing of live products with operators and sales SPOCs to ensure smooth functionality.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Team Collaboration: Align with cross-functional teams for the successful execution of product strategies.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in revenue tracking and telecom product operations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
