Job Description
Lenovo is hiring fresh graduates for the Graduate Engineer Trainee role. This position involves:
- Completing training programs in Database, Network, Windows/Linux, or Cyber Security.
- Providing L1 level monitoring support and assisting with system administration.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patch installations.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and responding to alerts and incidents.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance and security.
- Documenting system configurations and changes, and supporting process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final-year student in a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of Database, Network, Windows/Linux, or Cyber Security.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
