Job Description
KPMG is hiring freshers for the position of Analyst in the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) team. As part of this dynamic team, you will work alongside analysts and executives to execute projects for international KPMG teams and clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Integrity Due Diligence, Counterparty Due Diligence, and Senior Management Due Diligence checks to assess reputation, regulatory, and jurisdictional risk for clients.
- Researching using various online sources, including commercial registries and corporate databases across different countries and languages.
- Translating and summarizing information from various languages into concise and accurate English reports.
- Delivering time-critical and relevant reports to clients by combining research and analytical skills.
Qualifications Required
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong secondary research skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and corporate structures, including complex ownership structures.
- Experience with OFAC and negative news screening databases like LexisNexis, World Check, and Dow Jones.
- Ability to translate and summarize information from foreign languages into clear and accurate English.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing environments and priorities.
- Strong drive and resilience to achieve team, project, and client goals.

- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
