Role Description

We seek a highly motivated Client Onboarding Specialist who is fresh out of college and eager to jumpstart their career. This role is perfect for a –

• Problem solver with excellent communication skills (writing and speaking).
• Great with English & writing Prompts for GenAI.
• A solid understanding of generative AI and LLMs
• Basic ability to code in any one language (Python, Javascript, etc) to be able to run certain self experiments.
• Business acumen is also essential for this position, as you will play a key role in integrating new clients into our company and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities

• 1.Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up their workspace at SecondBrainLabs.
• 2.Designing Custom Chat Flows: Create tailored chat flows for specific use cases using Generative AI prompting.
• 3.Identifying Edge Cases: Find and address edge cases within client campaigns to ensure smooth operation.
• 4.Boundary Testing: Design boundaries and conduct testing to prevent jailbreak scenarios for our in-house ML Models.

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate: Ideal for someone who is a fresher out of college looking for an opportunity.
• Problem Solver: Strong ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
• Excellent English Skills: Proficient in English with top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Generative AI Knowledge: Good understanding of generative AI and how large language models (LLMs) work.
• Coding Skills: Ability to code in any one programming language (optional).
• Business Acumen: Strong business skills are very important for this role.
