About the Company

As an operations analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the processing of provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.

Job Description

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical  education in the United States.
• Complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers.
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers.
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications Required

• Fluency in English.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
