Job Description
- The SP-Support Associate is the main contact between Amazon and its Selling Partners.
- You will address queries through phone, chat, and email, leveraging strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Resolve complex queries with strong problem-solving skills.
- Build trust with SPs through empathy and effective communication.
- Manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Contribute to team efforts and process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required
- Education: College Graduate.
- Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficient in Windows OS and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), typing speed of 30 wpm with 93% accuracy.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
