Job Description

• Work as a freelancer from home
• Voice-based calling process to collect, verify, and update business profiles
• Educate sellers about Indiamart, clarify doubts, and improve output quality
• Set follow-up calls as required by sellers
• Maintain quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets
• Work for a minimum of 3-4 hours daily
• Work From Home & Flexible schedule
• Weekly payouts & Additional incentives for quality and output.
• Non-sales role focused on voice-based calling and data entry.

Qualifications Required

• Education: 12th pass, any graduation, or any postgraduate degree from any stream
• Skills: Communication skills, internet access, online data entry, telecalling, active listening, client support
• Requirements:

  • Dedicated mobile number/SIM for work
  • PAN card & Aadhar card
  • Valid bank account in the candidate’s name
• Language Proficiency: Hindi and English (mandatory)
